WHAT IT DOES
Different hand saws can be used to cut wood, metals, plastics, and plasterboard of different thicknesses. Do you need a hand saw or a power saw? This may depend on how much cutting you need to do, material, accuracy needed etc.
Tenon Saw Short saw with a stiff spine at the top. Used to cut square edges and make tenons for mortise and tenon joints.
Square ended saw, great for cutting square edges, such as tenons.
Fine teeth for thinner cuts.
