Telescopic handles that extends to 24".
Instructions: Open handles completely to position ratchet mechanism.
2. Slide the branch to be pruned firmly under the blade, close the shears, and being cutting.
3. Release pressure on right hand side to allow shears to open slightly, so as to allow the pawl to engage with the next notch. Repeat until branch is cut!
